The Executive MBA is a long route course that gives participants the chance to learn not only by analysing and studying company cases but also through various transforming experiences that are related to personal development.

EADA has developed its own practical , active and participative approach with emphasis on "learning by doing".

The methodology reflects companies'demand for professionals with skills such as: the capacity to reflect, ability to act in the face of change, versatility to work in multifunctional teams and adaptability to the challenges of a global environment.

These competencies are developed at EADA through the Case Method, Business Projects, Business Games, Analysis and Discussion Groups and Team Working activities. Participants are consistently placed in real-life business situations and forced to think like executives and take strategic decisions.

Participant Profile
This unique and innovative programme is a semi-distance learning programme and focuses on the international dimension of business. The whole programme is given in English and benefits from intensive face to face education in residential weeks in combination whit the most updated distance learning technology.
What will I get out of this programme?

* You will acquire knowledge and a broad vision of the world of global management from an international teaching faculty as well as professionals from different business and cultural environments who will act as facilitators during the residential seminars.
* You will become acquainted with the different outlooks and working styles of professionals in the area of business and administration in the participating countries.
